Our commitment to you

Some things that you might like to know about us and our commitment to making your noSHOW event an enjoyable success.

We realise that as a fundraising event it will be of huge importance to you, both in terms of its financial success and impact on your public profile and will strive to address this in the content and design of your noSHOW event site.

We keep you in the loop, ensuring we have regular contact throughout the design and build process.

We review the progress of the campaign and provide advice and support for marketing activities.
While we will share our experience and hindsight with you, we won’t attempt to dictate exactly what you should and shouldn’t do within an event (as long as it is legal!) We will encourage your ideas and comments.

We comply with the law including those that apply to data protection, health and safety and the environment

We will not support events or sponsorship of events for or by organisations that damage the environment or have an adverse impact on children or the vulnerable.

Your commitment to us

We need to know that our commitment to supporting you is matched by your own commitment to making your noSHOW event a success. You will need to promise to:

  • Work with us in designing your site
  • Commit to a whole-hearted media and marketing campaign to promote the event led by your members of staff or volunteers
  • Have, or have access to E-mail databases, your local press and media
  • Have staff or volunteers prepared to manage a viral marketing campaign through use of blog-sites, forums and other internet activities (we’ll provide advice to help get you started if required).
